EARTH DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE EARTHING: Benefits of Earthing.
Growing up,
having no shoe does not bother me, rummaging the streets on errand with my bare
foots makes me faster while I grow healthier day by day out of my knowledge.
On errand one
day with no slippers, but my bare foots straight on the sand of what I gathered
I was made up off, I met my mother with scornful eyes

you this naughty girl; she said
I don’t know
what I have done wrong; I thought, she walked up to me and squeezed my ears.
Where is your slippers; she asked
rhetorically, I bought you shoes in sweat yet you are not grateful, you act
around like an orphan and a daughter of an illiterate. You made people point
accusing fingers on me; she blurted out
And that tells me that I have chewed more
than she could bear, I no better not to argue with her as I quickly offer my
sorry ma to calm her down a little.
She shrugged it off and walked on. The pain
linger on my ears as I ran back home to wear my slippers before heading to
where I was being sent.
An now
married, sitting in front of my family doctor for drug prescription on my
premature aging and blood pressure rise, I sat down with for lone face, this I
have promised my husband will be my first and the last time of me visiting the
doctor on this issuebecause my friend is also in my shoe but she has spent a
lot of money on it with no cure.

No sir, I stopped doing it when I was
very young, I said trying to explain how it then made me better, but am grown
up now and I don’t do it again; I told him with smiles plastered on my face,
you sure guess it right, the past are good.

explaining.

unbelievable! ;I said, tell me more; I requested like Oliver Twist but my case
is different.
It is
beneficial to all people of different ages because it reduces the effect of
stress and aging process unlike plastic and rubber slippers that are
electricalinsulators which therefore, block the beneficial of electrons from
the earth to your body which ultimately causes shock.

Practicing it
at home, my pains and worries became faded my high blood pressure bade its
goodbyes together with my wrinkles in no time that people ask me now and then
for my secrets when I tell them it was the handy work of earthing also known as
grounding they became jealous.
Why was I not
the first person to know it? They do ask after then with squeezed face.
And now they
no, they become the major customer because it works for me and very much for
them.
To enjoy the
health benefits friends, walk and sit having direct contact with the earth. It
included those things around ussuch as sand, placing your foot on the sand,
grasses and all others.
It is so
natural, so good for your health, I mean SO GOOD.
